Resolved

During routine infrastructure maintenance, a brief loss of connectivity occurred on one of our database instances between 3:46 AM EST and 4:10 AM EST. This resulted in the Document request endpoint being unavailable rendering our customers unable to initiate Document verification requests.

The issue resolved automatically within a few minutes, and all services have since returned to normal. We are implementing additional measures to prevent a recurrence.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience. The full RCA will be provided as soon as it is available.
