Between 8:30 AM and 2:00 PM EST, we observed an increase in 5xx error rates, which resulted in intermittent errors or failed requests for some customers. Overall impact was minimal, less than 0.01%. The error rate has since returned to normal. This issue is fully resolved at this time.
