Resolved

Between 1:21 AM and 2:15 AM EDT on August 4, 2026, a subset of DocV webhook delivery notifications experienced elevated 401 response rates. The issue is fully resolved and webhook delivery is now operating normally.

A full Root Cause Analysis (RCA) will be shared once the investigation concludes.
