Resolved

Between 6:28 AM and 6:57 AM ET on September 21, an issue during an operational activity caused some webhook notifications associated with older evaluations from the past month to be delivered again.

Current evaluations and webhook processing were not impacted. The issue has been resolved.

We apologize for any confusion or additional noise this may have caused.
